Selection and Evaluation
Our standards of selection and evaluation on behalf of a client are extremely rigorous. We check candidates with extreme thoroughness. We work hard to determine a candidate's true ability, motivation, goals, and personality, and to ensure that those factors are compatible with the potential employer's environment. It is important to us that the individuals whom we place succeed and that our clients prosper.
We limit our search activity and do not attempt to place a high volume of people – our purpose is to build a long-term relationship with companies. The majority of our business is performed on a repeat basis. We feel this is because we consistently produce excellent candidates, and the people whom we place achieve results.
We will not undertake an assignment unless we feel we can fulfill it. We will not recommend anyone to a client unless we have thoroughly checked his track record and references. We will not recommend anyone who is not pre-screened according to your salary parameters. In short, we will not waste your time with unqualified candidates.
